Special Needs Teaching Assistant

An inclusive Primary school located in Kensington and Chelsea is searching for a committed Special Needs Teaching Assistant to support in their Key Stage 2 class. The school you will be joining has excellent resources to support you in providing the best for the children.   

Position details:  

• Special Needs Teaching Assistant 
• Providing group and one-to-one speech and language sessions  
• The children you will be supporting have speech and language difficulties  
• For at least 1 academic year (potentially longer or permanent for right candidate) 
• Full-time (Monday-Friday)  
• Hours are 8:30am to 4:00pm

• Offers training for successful Special Needs Teaching Assistant  
• Two-form entry 
• Located in Lambeth 

The successful Special Needs Teaching will have: 

• 3 months’ experience working as a Special Needs Teaching Assistant 
• Experience supporting children with speech and language difficulties 
• Some understanding of communication methods
